Triple Quadrupole LC-MS/MS System + N2 gas generator

The Lebanese American University, Byblos Campus, invites you to participate in the tender for the supply and support of Triple Quadrupole LC-MS/MS System + N2 gas generator as per the following quantities and attached specifications:

Delivery, installation, start up, calibration, testing, commissioning, and training (operational training as well as applications training) are required at Byblos campus.

How to apply

Your bid shall be received by hand at LAU Byblos, Procurement Office, Block A, level 9, office # 914, no later than Friday, January 31, 2025 at 2:30 PM, in two sealed and ink-stamped envelopes as follows:

1. One envelope for the technical catalogues/specifications, marked “Triple Quadrupole LC-MS/MS System + N2 gas generator (ref. 107597) – Technical” without any prices or amounts (otherwise your bid would be disqualified)

2. One envelope for the prices, marked “Triple Quadrupole LC-MS/MS System + N2 gas generator (ref. 107597)– Prices”, stating clearly for each quoted option: the brand name, the brand nationality, the model name/number and your final net price excluding the VAT. Please write a separate line for the applicable VAT and another line for the total cost. The quoted prices shall be all-inclusive DDP LAU including at least all of the following (none of which shall be quoted separately, otherwise your bid would be subject to disqualification): FOB costs, export formality, export licenses (if needed), freight, handling, customs clearing, customs duties, transportation to LAU, unloading from truck, delivery to the final location in the assigned building or Lab, installation, calibration, start up, testing, commissioning and training.
