Call for Applications: Independent Audit of the ASPIRE-VP Programme under RDPP III

Alfanar Venture Philanthropy is seeking qualified auditors or audit firms to conduct a financial, compliance, and performance audit for the ASPIRE-VP Programme under the Regional Development and Protection Programme in the Middle East (RDPP III). This project, implemented with funding from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, aims to support vulnerable refugees and local communities in Lebanon and Jordan by increasing employment, creating decent jobs, and enhancing employability through social enterprise development.

The audit will cover financial statements from 01 February 2024 to 31 December 2024, with audit activities scheduled from 10 February 2025 to 17 March 2025.

The selected auditor or firm will:

• Conduct the audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) or equivalent frameworks.
• Provide independent opinions on the financial statements, assess compliance with funding agreements, and evaluate performance in terms of financial management efficiency.
• Deliver findings and recommendations in a detailed report and management letter by 28 March 2025.

Qualified applicants must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in auditing donor-funded projects.
• Expertise in compliance and performance audits based on ISSAIs.
• Capacity to evaluate financial systems, internal controls, and adherence to regulatory frameworks.
