ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PAYMENTS

  1. Coordinate with suppliers for receiving invoices & receipts
  2. Prepare supplier invoices properly for FM approval & related procedure
  3. Prepare and deliver payments (transfers, checks & cash) as per the manager instructions
  4. Prepare bank letters and collect bank correspondence

 

ACCOUNTING

  1. Prepare transactions on the accounting system
  2. Prepare receipt vouchers and seek signatures as per Adyan’s policies
  3. Assist senior accountant with daily routine accounting work
  4. Document, file and archive accounting transactions

 

Stock

  1. Prepare & control stock database
  2. Issue stock selling invoices

 

PAYROLL

  1. Prepare the Attendance sheets, Leave requests, Sick leave, Replacement Days, Transportation process.
  2. Maintains proper updated files for employees/consultants.  
  3. Prepare NSSF & MOF legal documents for employees
  4. Send memos for holidays and similar information

 

OTHER

  1. Perform any other task as requested by the Line Manager.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in administrative work
  • Advanced level of English and Arabic proficiency (both oral and written)
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Office in general
  • Believing in Adyan’s mission and values
