Finance & Administrative Assistant

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PAYMENTS
- Coordinate with suppliers for receiving invoices & receipts
- Prepare supplier invoices properly for FM approval & related procedure
- Prepare and deliver payments (transfers, checks & cash) as per the manager instructions
- Prepare bank letters and collect bank correspondence
ACCOUNTING
- Prepare transactions on the accounting system
- Prepare receipt vouchers and seek signatures as per Adyan’s policies
- Assist senior accountant with daily routine accounting work
- Document, file and archive accounting transactions
Stock
- Prepare & control stock database
- Issue stock selling invoices
PAYROLL
- Prepare the Attendance sheets, Leave requests, Sick leave, Replacement Days, Transportation process.
- Maintains proper updated files for employees/consultants.
- Prepare NSSF & MOF legal documents for employees
- Send memos for holidays and similar information
OTHER
- Perform any other task as requested by the Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in administrative work
- Advanced level of English and Arabic proficiency (both oral and written)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Office in general
- Believing in Adyan’s mission and values

Willing to work in different administrative fields within the office and on events’ sites, including work abroad
