Adyan Foundation is requesting proposals from creative agencies to provide project-based visibility and coaching services.


Adyan is a foundation for managing diversity, promoting solidarity and safeguarding human dignity. We are a group of individuals who want a world that embraces diversity, in which we live together in peace.
We work locally, regionally and globally to achieve Inclusive Citizenship, develop Education on Living Together, activate Religious Social Responsibility, and promote Spiritual Solidarity. We also seek to contribute to Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism and advancing Freedom of Religion and Belief. We work through homegrown solutions in Education, Research, Policy Making, Media, and Community Engagement Networks.
Adyan was established on August 6, 2006, and is registered in Lebanon as a non-profit, independent, non-governmental organization (NGO), under the number 1103 by Ministerial Decree dated 18 September 2008.


Project Brief:

Consolidating the values-driven and human-centered reform dynamics and possibilities within the new Lebanese Parliament. (7 months project from date of signature)

Through the project, Rashad Center for Cultural Governance (RCCG) aims to engage Lebanese parliamentarians and their support staff to discuss and work out long-term values-based approach to parliamentary work and dynamics through a series of workshops and activities.

Visibility requirements:


  • Create the brand identity (Title emblem, color scheme, fonts, etc)
  • Design branded promotional materials (folders, USB, notebook, rollup banners, backdrop, wall of fame, booklet if any is required…)
  • Design the social media materials planned for the campaign
  • Design the closing ceremony’s visibility materials
  • Vectors for the animated movies

Technical requirements:

  • Produce 2 informative videos
  • Produce 4 infographic videos with animated vectors
  • Provide TV spots for at least 2 videos (for 1 or 2 weeks)
  • Shoot the 3 training sessions and edit a wrap-up video with inserts, facts and numbers on footage
  • Shoot and edit 6 interviews to be posted as reels with MPs, experts and SMEs (might be filmed on wall of fame/backdrops, while asking them about insights, views, and feedbacks)

Note: Adyan will send the required content to the agency to develop scripts and storyboards

Additional coaching services

  • Media agency will coach the MPs’ supporting staff and guide the implementation of their visibility initiatives.

Timeline/chronological order:

Phase 1: Branding + social media campaign

Phase 2: 4 Animation videos/ staff coaching/ 2 informative videos

Phase 3: Reels filmed during trainings

Phase 4: Closing event promotional materials + filming + live streaming services

Phase 5: 1 wrap-up video to measure the impact + Subtitles

Total budget 35000$ including VAT

Kindly note that:

  • Printing expenses excluded
  • Enf of project report required: monitoring and analysis of reach and engagement
  • The coaching and campaign planning process and implementation should be worked in close coordination with Adyan Communication team
