Transportation Bid for students at Baalbek

Contract form and value:
 We will be paying by the number of the children actually transported by end of each months.
 The contract will involve the transportation of an average of 100-170 children per day a month.
 The contract will bind the parties until July 2024.
 The maintenance work, insurance, and any damages, accidents should be covered from the transportation supplier's own cost.
 The start date of this service will be Monday, October 2, 2023.
Requirements:
 Applicants are kindly requested to submit their bids to [email protected] or by hand at the
Baalback office.
Best offer:
 Applications should include a copy of the driver's license, proof of insurance, bus authorization, and latest technical control, as well as a
quotation for the price per student per trip (two ways), the terms and conditions for delivery, and proof of
the applicant's previous experience in providing such services.

Selection criteria and means of assessing the bids:
Applicants will be selected based on their proposal's compliance with the Beneficiary's requirements stated in the
Description section, as well as the price per unit. Qualified bidders will be invited for an interview to meet with the driver
and see the bus. Note that the personnel selected for this job will be required to attend some training on child safety and
child protection.
