PROVISION OF WATER TRUCKING AND DESLUDGING SERVICES IN BAALBEK-HERMEL GOVERNORATES - AARSAL <LB-ZB-01670 / LB-ZB-01671>

Action Against Hunger - Mission Lebanon intends to award a one (1) year Framework Agreement for the following in the context of humanitarian programs:

LB-ZB-01670 – PROVISION OF WATER TRUCKING SERVICE IN BAALBEK-HERMEL – AARSAL

LB-ZB-01671 – PROVISION OF DESLUDGING SERVICE IN BAALBEK-HERMEL – AARSAL

All bids must be sent in a sealed envelope to Action Against Hunger office in Zahle, as per the instructions stated in the Terms of Reference, paragraphs 8.1.

A clarification meeting will take place with all interested bidders on Friday 21st January 2022, at 12:00h, in online format.

To be able to receive the details to access the meeting, Suppliers are requested to confirm their participation before Friday 14th January by email to [email protected] or by phone to Khaled Choubassi, Supply Chain Officer at 81 686 852.

The deadline for submission of offers is Wednesday 26th January 2022 at 16:00pm (Beirut time).

Action Against Hunger reserves the right to modify this schedule or the bids submission format. Any changes will be communicated accordingly to all bidders who had presented their interest on participating on this bidding process.

Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award the tender to the lowest offer or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender.
