Extension - MCC - 3081 Request for quotation for the supply of food vouchers (June to August 2022)

The required service is the provision of food items & commodities to beneficiaries who will be presenting printed vouchers provided & issued by MCC and its sub-implementing partner.  

MCC invites interested suppliers to submit a technical proposal by filling “Annex A –Scoring scheme” and a financial proposal by filling “ANNEX B – OFFER TABLE, to provide 3,500 beneficiaries (within Beirut and Tyre) with the ability to exclusively purchase food items via food vouchers which are provided by MCC on a monthly basis for 3 months (extendable for another three months based on performance).

Attached Annex B, it is a generic but not exclusive list of food items that should be used by the bidder to price items.

The bids proposals submission is open between 16 May and 27 May 2022.

Bids should be submitted no later than 4:00 pm Beirut time on 27 May 2022.

Suppliers who do not submit their offer by the deadline will not be considered.

الخدمة المطلوبة هي توفير المواد الغذائية والسلع للمستفيدين الذين سيقدمون القسائم المطبوعة المقدمة والصادرة عن طريق MCC وشريكها المنفذ الفرعي.

تدعو MCC الموردين المهتمين إلى تقديم عرض تقني من خلال ملء "الملحق أ - مخطط التقييم" وعرض مالي من خلال ملء "الملحق ب - جدول العرض ، لتزويد 3500 مستفيد (داخل بيروت وصور) بالقدرة على شراء المواد الغذائية حصريًا عبر قسائم الطعام التي تقدمها MCC على أساس شهري لمدة 3 أشهر (قابلة للتمديد لمدة ثلاثة أشهر أخرى بناءً على الأداء).

مرفق ب ، هو قائمة عامة ولكن ليست حصرية للمواد الغذائية التي يجب أن يستخدمها مقدم العطاء لعناصر التسعير.

باب تقديم العطاءات مفتوح في الفترة ما بين 16 مايو و 27 مايو 2022.

يجب تقديم العطاءات في موعد أقصاه الساعة 4:00 مساءً بتوقيت بيروت يوم 27 مايو 2022.

لن يتم النظر في الموردين الذين لم يقدموا عروضهم بحلول الموعد النهائي.
