Provide clear intervention strategies in line with the relevant internal procedures and national standard operating procedures to ensure that all high-risk children’s cases are evaluated and followed up within confidential and closed interviews.
Ensure that all relevant forms and templates are updated and confidential information is protected; plan in an efficient manner all daily, weekly and monthly interventions related to ongoing cases and maintain necessary follow-up steps;
In coordination with the responsible in each center, follow the content of the sessions; Ensure that all home and / or institutional visits are assigned, to achieve goals, and that all relevant documents are updated;
Ensure that all external and internal referrals are correctly identified and that all relevant documents are updated;
Ensure all social medical interventions, individually and / or in groups, as defined by the intervention strategy in line with internal operational procedures;
Supervising the proper evaluation and treatment of all beneficiaries' needs in terms of education, technical training and / or psychosocial skills;
Effective coordination with the counselor and / or any other member of the team in order to provide the best services through case management and related psychosocial support
Apply the collective work system under the guidance of the Protection Sector Coordinator, when necessary.
Follow up with the team and submit the necessary monthly and quarterly reports
