The Admin-Accounting Officer will be expected to handle the following tasks:
Accounting Related Tasks:
[1] Run weekly petty cash control
[2] Scan and files (physically and digitally) all supportive accounting document
[3] Pay office related expenses
[4] Enter accounting data manually and digitally
[5] Record transaction in the computerized accounting system
[6] Maintain financial files and records
[7] Control and maintains time sheets for each employee and other documents
Admin Related Tasks:
[1] Administer Employee records and maintain confidential employee files
[2] Maintain the leave management system
[3] Verify annual leave records
[4] Perform other related duties as required
[5] Purchase needed office stationery
[6] Capture minutes of meetings
