Caritas Lebanon invites qualified and experienced evaluator(s) to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement for the provision of Qualified External Evaluator(s) for End of Program Evaluation: Access to Protection and Livelihoods Opportunities for Women at Risk in Lebanon (2023-2025).
How to apply
Eligible Bidders are those registered with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance.
The Tender Documents are available only for Interested Eligible bidders who are required to send their commercial registrations by email to Purchasing@caritas.org.lb in order to receive the tender documents before deadline.
Offers should be submitted by hand in sealed envelopes to the following address:
