Software Requirements:

• Annual subscription under a Non-Profit Organization (NPO) license model for:
• 24 Mobile Worker Accounts
• 3 Manager Accounts
• Extension of an existing ArcGIS Creator Account (expires October 2025)
• Licensing Flexibility

Ability to:

• Add more user accounts during the project period
• Transfer or deactivate licenses at the project’s end

Training Services

• Professional training sessions covering:
• Introduction to GIS and ArcGIS
• Essential workflows on ArcGIS Online
• Field data collection and management
• Dashboards for visualization and reporting
• On-the-job coaching or hands-on training (optional)

Required Documents

• Company legal documents (registration, VAT certificate)
• Technical proposal with timeline
• Quotation in USD
• Warranty/support details (if applicable)

All services must be delivered no later than May 9th 2025, in Tripoli and Akkar.
