Inclusion Officer

LOST is looking for an experienced and passionate Inclusion Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering an inclusive educational environment by supporting students, training staff, and ensuring all inclusion practices are effectively implemented across centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to students, promoting inclusive learning practices.
• Conduct training sessions for teachers on inclusive teaching strategies and best practices.
• Coordinate referrals to inclusion centers and monitor student progress.
• Oversee the inclusion process across all centers, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Tailor educational activities to meet diverse learning needs and inclusion requirements.
• Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports on the inclusion process and student development.
• Actively participate in required meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Specializing in Inclusion), Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in education, with a focus on inclusion practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A positive, proactive approach to promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Flexibility and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
