1 – Overview:

Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development

2 – Scope of work:

Amel under its healthcare program is looking for a Risk Communication and Community Engagement Trainer to build the capacity of healthcare professionals working in Mobile Medical Units and Primary Healthcare Satellite Units (PSU).

Areas to cover:

Bekaa and South

Number of training days needed:

1 full-day training

Amel reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of ordered Trainings.

The selected supplier should provide a detaled execution methodology.

3 – The quotation must include:

Same requested Training Outcomes

The number of the registration in the ministry of finance (if existing)

VAT, If applicable

Prices in USD

Delivery period

Validity of the Quotation

4 – Required Documents:

All Bidders are required to send the below requirements procurementdpt@amel.org with the subject “RFQ – 04585 – RCCE Trainer)” copying procurement@amel.org and procurementfield@amel.org 

- A signed and stamped quotation.

- Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID, if applicable

- Trainer CV

5 – Payment Terms:

Bank transfer.

6 – Questions/ Request for clarification

Any requests for clarification may be submitted by email to procurementdpt@amel.org or via WhatsApp on this number 76-783083.

7 – Timeframe

Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted via email to:  procurementdpt@amel.org no later than 28 March 2025.

8 – Important

Kindly note that the quotation will be automatically rejected if

The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 4).

The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 2).

The quotation is received after the deadline
