Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support with all HR activities.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by verifying leaves, timesheets, allocations.
  • Properly handle complaints and respond to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Assist with job descriptions, job posting, sourcing and screening candidates, and update our database.
  • Follow up on staff enrollment, declaration, and separation with Social Security and ensure that forms and letters are processed in a timely manner
  •  Maintain up-to-date electronic and physical employee records, including payroll information, according to established procedures and policies and treat employee information with discretion and confidence.
  • Review requests submitted by main office staff and issue requests for payments by placing Purchase Requests (PR) on Focus
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain database, perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
