Invitation to Bid - LITB-2025-9196126- Summer Kits

Dear Sir/Madam,

UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new bid # LITB-2025-9196126 for the provision of Summer Kits as per attached tender document and Annex 1- Pricing List (please request it by sending an email to bantoun@unicef.org).

Offers should be sent to the following secured email ONLY: "lebtender@unicef.org". Subject line of the email should indicate: ITB number (LITB-2025-9195736) and the name of your company.

IMPORTANT - ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

Offers must be received by latest 12:00 pm (Beirut time) on Wednesday 12.03.2025 and will be opened the same day at 12:30pm (Beirut time). Offers received after the specified date and time or sent to another email address will be invalidated.

All requests for clarifications or queries on this ITB must be submitted in writing to the following email addresses: (bantoun@unicef.org ; sselwan@unicef.org) by Friday 07.03.2025 the latest. please make sure that the email mentions the ITB reference number (LITB-2025-9196126)

The following mandatory criteria is required to be eligible for participation:

1. Please mention in offer the delivery lead-time needed in the designated section on annex for each age group.
2. Annex 1- Pricing List is to be submitted in both; excel and signed PDF formats. Annex with modified/deleted/added cells/sections will not be accepted.
3. Samples will be requested at a later stage.
4. Price should be quoted in USD only.
5. The tender is open for local bidders only
