The tender documents can be retrieved from 4 March 2025 till Monday March 24th, 2025 from Daleel Madani Website.( Uploaded).
The deadline for submitting completed tender bids is Friday March 28th 2025, to the following email : Tender.BEY@internationalmedicalcorps.org Note that if you include other International Medical Corps email addresses in your email containing the offer, your offer will not be considered.
How to apply
Tender Submission:
-RFQ # should be clearly stated on the Offer and email subject. (RFQ#10102901),
-Validity of the offer should be stated,
- Transportation costs must be added on quotation if applicable since the delivery will be across Lebanon to the following areas: Akkar, Tripoly, Beqaa, South, BML, several Work orders will be sent during the contract duration to one, several and/or all areas previously mentioned.
- a sample of each category should be submitted to IMC offices in Sin el fil before the deadline(Friday March 28th ,) , all offers submitted without samples will not be considered valid.
A contract will be signed with the winning vendor for 1 year with a Not to Exceed Amount for the whole year of ( 449,999 USD) , Based on the needs we will be sending a work order of what’s needed.
International Medical Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any part of, or the entire tender in accordance with internal procedures.
