We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Trainer to conduct workshops and training sessions on disability inclusion and accessibility. The trainer will deliver tailored courses designed for students, staff, and professionals to promote inclusive practices in education and the workplace. Additionally, the candidate will ensure that effective assessment and feedback mechanisms are implemented to monitor and evaluate participant progress. He/she will also be responsible for collaborating with different departments and supporting teams internally and externally to enhance program impact.

Responsibilities And Main Duties:

  • Deliver interactive training sessions on disability inclusion, workplace accessibility, and inclusive education for different stakeholders, including universities, TVET schools, companies, and NGOs.
  • Develop and customize training materials (presentations, manuals, case studies, and exercises) based on audience needs.
  • Engage with participants through role-playing, group activities, and discussions to enhance understanding.
  • Provide practical strategies and tools to help organizations implement inclusive practices.
  • Assess participants' progress through quizzes, discussions, and feedback surveys.
  • Collaborate with program coordinators and partners to organize and schedule training workshops.
  • Monitor and analyze training impact, collecting feedback to improve training content and methodology.
  • Stay updated on best practices and international standards for disability inclusion and accessibility.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports outlining the content and progress of training sessions for approval and documentation purposes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the disability sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
