Site improvement Tender

o support Medair’s work in Lebanon by assisting those affected by the crisis in Syria and vulnerable Lebanese, Medair Lebanon is launching a tender for  Site improvement in Bekaa areas. Interested bidders are hereby invited to submit tenders in accordance with the submission criteria.

The tender documents are uploaded to interested bidders. 

The tender documents provide all relevant information in detail, including award criteria, date, time, and place of submission.

Technical specification :
 

1. Submit a portfolio of previous projects executed. (The grade will be given depending on experience)
2. Has the supplier worked successfully in the past with at least 1 NGO? ( The grade will be given depending on the number of  NGOs)
3. What is the Lead time to start on site after bid is awarded? (The grade will be given depending on the best lead time)
4. proof of Availability of three teams working at the same time on different locations, including, machineries, staff, operators. (The grade will be given depending on the experience of the focal point and teams, and the quantity of machineries under the name of the company)
5. Registration documents/legal documents for machineries and operators for the four different teams. (The grade assigned to the company will be based on the quality and quantity of its machinery, as well as the nature of its work as specified in legal documents).
6. Company fresh USD and LBP accounts, stamped by the bank.
7. Bank statement, stamped by the bank for the year of 2024 (The grade will be given based on liquidity and transactions)
