You are kindly invited to participate and submit tender LONG-TERM AGREEMENT WITH MONEY TRANSFER / CASH DISTRIBUTION SERVICE PROVIDER – Ref: ITB - SHEILD - 03_07/02/2025

SHEILD is a Lebanese association. The mission of SHEILD is to bring relief to the population in general and to those who suffered and still suffering from war and from the absence of governmental health and social care and protection in particular, through direct assistance as well as through community based interventions to enhance human rights and social awareness, economical conditions and protection for all community categories, following a participatory approach through involving local stakeholders and authorities in a system of coordination to assess needs and implement programs responding to these needs with the most vulnerable and deprived in the center of attention and focus.

For its project Multisectoral Humanitarian Assistance to Conflict – Affected populations in Lebanon funded by several donors, SHEILD is aiming to sign a LONG-TERM AGREEMENT WITH MONEY TRANSFER / CASH DISTRIBUTION SERVICE PROVIDER.

The application must be performed online through the following web tendering portal not later than the 21 of February 2025, 13:00 Beirut Time (12:00 CET Time) that is accessible through the following thread:
