About TEC and the Project
Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club (TEC) is a social enterprise dedicated to inspiring and empowering talents and businesses by fostering value-driven innovation through a sustainable startup ecosystem. Established in Lebanon in 2015, TEC continues to drive impactful initiatives across the country.
HARETNA (حارتنا (is a consortium project designed to build local capacities to identify and address collective priorities. The project mobilizes resources, implements community-led projects, and influences local authorities and key stakeholders to foster peaceful, community driven change. The project’s overarching goals include empowering diverse community members to collaboratively address challenges, reducing gender inequalities, and strengthening social cohesion. Through an iterative participatory process, urban communities across North Lebanon (Mina, Trab Mseihiyen & Muslimen), Beirut and Mount Lebanon (Hay Tamlees), and South Lebanon (El Dekermen, Lower Taamir) will identify issues, develop solutions, and implement both small-scale “Springboard Projects” and larger, sustainable recovery plans (SRPs).
HARETNA is funded by AFD and DANIDA and implemented by a consortium of four organizations:
Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) (Consortium Lead)
Coordinamento delle Organizzazioni per il Servizio Volontario (COSV)
