Project Manager
Role Overview:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and implementation of the project. The PM ensures timely delivery, adherence to project objectives, and effective stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all project activities, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, donors, and partner organizations.
- Track project milestones, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Supervise and support project staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in project management within the humanitarian or development sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
