Key Areas of Accountability
Child Participation
- Conduct outreach to engage children in child participation sessions.
- Divide children into groups and develop a weekly schedule for activities.
- Plan and facilitate child participation sessions across Lebanon.
- Evaluate sessions with children to gather feedback and improve activities.
Project Implementation
- Attend relevant training to be familiarized with the content.
- Maintain a monthly database of children who attended sessions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and share activity progress, challenges, and successes.
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
- University graduate in social work/ education/ Political sciences/ international Development and Sociology studies
- Previous experience in the humanitarian sector/with NGOs
- Previous experience in facilitating awareness sessions and working with children
- Excellent knowledge on child rights and child participation
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Politically and culturally sensitive
- Intermediate level of written and spoken English
