The community facilitator will support the implementation of education and child protection activities in Saida. The selected candidates will provide PSS to affected populations, adults and/or caregivers. As the recruitment is for a roster, selected candidates will be asked to support upon need.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors in psychology, social sciences, social work, sports or any relevant degree
Previous experience working in Saida.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in Community Engagement/Outreach
Previous experience of work in diverse communities
Previous experience providing PSS and/or support group sessions
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCES
Knowledge of safeguarding practices and measures
Knowledge of child protection minimum standard
SKILLS:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data collection tools, including Kobo/ODK/ONA/survey123 or other relevant tools
In addition, applicants must be skilled in the use of Spreadsheets, Word processing, calendar, e-mail and data entry. They should also be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and to establish positive relationships with people at all levels; to show sensitivity and integrity.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
