Hot Meals Distribution Monitors - Part-time

Main Tasks:

• Coordinate with the shelter focal point to confirm quantity of meals needed daily and inform project coordinator about any issues or change in numbers to avoid food waste.
• Coordinate with kitchen focal point and truck drivers and follow the truck trajectory from the Community kitchen to shelters to monitor the distribution ( Food safety and Hygiene ).
• Prepare the daily supporting document.
• Fill the needed documents on daily basis and share them with project coordinator.
• Monitor distribution at shelters and collect general feedback from focal point and from internally displaced people if needed.
• Notify the project coordinator of any discrepancies, evidence of misuse, abuse, or diversion of commodities found during distribution, and of any obstacles that may develop or that are foreseen.
• Report daily on the number of meals received and distributed as per the project requirements.
• Flexibility to work during weekends if needed.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

• Basic Computer Skills.
