Pool of Facilitators

Key Responsibilities: 

Participate in related training sessions. 

Conduct on-field needs assessments for targeted populations. 

Conduct psychosocial support sessions to address emotional, psychological, and social needs. 

Deliver awareness sessions on Gender-Based Violence, including prevention and response strategies. 

Facilitate positive parenting sessions to equip caregivers with skills to create nurturing environments for children. 

Raise awareness about protection mechanisms, self-help strategies, and available support services. 

Organize and participate in events and activities promoting well-being and community resilience. 

Ensure activities align with minimum standards and are conducted in safe, appropriate locations. 

Refer identified cases as needed. 

Perform any other related tasks. 

Academic Qualification 

University degree in any relevant doctrine. 

Professional Experience 

One to two years’ experience in a relevant field. 

Skills 

Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic. 

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
