Project Overview: Peacebuilding and Dialogue Podcasts for Youth
FDCD wants to produce a podcast that will provide an avenue for discussing critical issues, sharing personal stories, and exploring new perspectives that promote understanding, solidarity, and transformational change within communities. Through diverse voices and experiences, this series shall bring into light the importance of dialogue as a tool for conflict resolution, embracing diversity, and imagining an inclusive future.
Scope of Work
FDCD invites production houses to submit proposals to deliver a series of podcasts. Below are the specific requirements:
Deliverables:
- Number of Episodes: 8 episodes.
- Duration: Each episode will be between 50-80 minutes (more or less)
- Timeline: Episodes to be recorded between March and May, with final delivery within 6 weeks after completion of recording.
- Guests: Each episode will feature 4 guests.
- Promotional Materials:
- 1 Instagram reel (1 minute or less) for each episode.
- 1 trailer for all the episodes.
- Location and Art Direction:
- The production house will provide suitable recording locations based on the podcast vision and theme.
- Art direction, including set design and overall aesthetic, is required to align with FDCD’s branding and relevant theme, tone and ambiance.
- Translation and Subtitles:
- Translation of podcast content from Arabic to English.
- Addition of subtitles to all episodes.

Submissions without the completed form will not be considered.

Required Proposal Components:
Production houses are requested to provide all necessary information as outlined in the submission/application form. This should include the commercial registration paper, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) document, the CV, previous published samples, and a detailed quotation (please attach all these in the form). Additionally, you should provide a detailed quotation including the following details:
- Breakdown of fees.
- Equipment details (quantity, specifications, and quality standards).
- Staff allocation (roles, experience, and capacity).
- Timeline and work plan.
- Any other relevant details.
