Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) is everyone’s responsibility and all staff are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct, that enshrines principles of PSEA, always (both during work hours and outside work hours). Familiarization with, and adherence to, the Code of Conduct is an essential requirement of all staff.

The Protection Specialist is responsible for the technical oversight, management, and quality assurance of Tdh Lebanon’s Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Child Protection (CP) and Legal Protection programming portfolio. The role includes developing and implementing strategies, tools, supervision and capacity-building initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based protection prevention and response interventions.
