Financial education consultant
The objective of this training is to enhance participants' financial literacy by covering topics such as goal setting, money management, understanding financial products and institutions, and risk management. By the end of the training, participants will be empowered to make informed decisions and use financial tools and services with confidence.
Consultancy Details
- Duration: 5 days
- Daily Schedule: 6 hours per day
- Location: Bekaa/ Beirut- Mount Lebanon / South
- Participants: Adults including Persons with disabilities
Deliverables
- Detailed training curricula, agenda, and materials.
- Practical exercises and case studies for each topic.
- Pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge gained.
- Daily and final evaluation.
- Training report summarizing activities, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Signed attendance sheets
- Feedback form filled out by the participants
Trainer Qualifications
- Certified and Proven experience in financial education and capacity-building programs.
- Expertise in delivering interactive and participatory training sessions.
- Familiarity with the financial systems and products relevant to the target audience.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- A commitment to promoting and supporting persons with disabilities’ rights.
- Fluent spoken and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
- Ability to deliver on tight time frames and meet deadlines within agreed budgets.
- The consultant should have the following personal attributes :Self-motivated and able to work independently , excellent organization and planning skills; detail-orientedand flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and requirements.
Logistics
The organizing entity will provide:
- Training venue and equipment.
- Necessary materials and supplies for trainees (trainer’s manual printings for activities)
- Refreshments during the training.
Evaluation
The effectiveness of the training will be evaluated through:
- Daily Participant feedback forms.
- Final evaluation form.
- Observations of participant engagement during sessions.
Timeline
The consultant is expected to finalize this consultancy with the selected groups including reporting, and it is anticipated that the whole process should be finalized by December 2025.
Key Relationships:
The Consultant will work under the supervision and guidance of the Program Manager.
