Request for Proposal – Framework agreement  supplying of prepaid recharge cards

1 – Overview:

Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development

2 – Scope of work:

Amel is looking for a framework agreement with suppliers which are able to supply of prepaid recharge cards

Note: 

1. The selected supplier must be responsible for the delivery of Recaharge Cards within maximum of 2 days from the day of Order.
2. Amel reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of ordered Recharge Cards.

3 – The quotation must include:

• Same requested specification
• The number of the registration in the ministry of finance (if existing)
• VAT
• Prices in USD
• Delivery period
• Validity of the Quotation 

4 – Required Documents:

All Bidders are required to send the below requirements procurementdpt@amel.org with the subject “RFQ – 04237 – Supply of prepaid recharge cards” copying procurement@amel.org and procurementfield@amel.org

• A signed and stamped quotation.
• Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID.
• If your firm is not register with Amel, you should complete, sign and submit the Vendor Pre-Qualification Form “Annex B”
• Annex C” Amel Suppliers Pact of Conduct

5 – Payment Terms:

• Bank or OMT transfer.

6 – Questions/ Request for clarification

Any requests for clarification may be submitted by email to procurementdpt@amel.org or via WhatsApp on this number 76-783083.

7 – Timeframe

• Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted on or before Friday 20/12/2024.

8 – Important

Kindly note that the quotation will be automatically rejected if

• The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 4).
• The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 2).
• The quotation is received after the deadline.
