Request for Proposal – Purchasing of Sewing Materials

RFQ - 04160

1 – Overview:

Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development

2 – Scope of work:

Amel is looking for suppliers which are able to provide the following:

• Sewing Materials as per attached "Annex A"

Note: 

1. The selected supplier must be responsible for the delivery of Materials within maximum of 5 5ays from the day of selection.
2. Amel reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of ordered Items.
3. The selected supplier should provide a sample of offered Items before the final awarding.
4. Delivery must be to Amel Ain el Remmaneh Center

3 – The quotation must include:

• Same requested specification using Annex A
• The number of the registration in the ministry of finance (if existing)
• VAT
• Prices in USD
• Delivery period
• Validity of the Quotation 

4 – Required Documents:

All Bidders are required to send the below requirements procurementfield@amel.org with the subject “RFQ – 04160 – Sewing materials" copying procurement@amel.org and procurementdpt@amel.org :

• A signed and stamped quotation.
• Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID.
• Copy of the specs and Pictures of the offered Items

5 – Payment Terms:

• Bank or OMT transfer.

6 – Questions/ Request for clarification

Any requests for clarification may be submitted by email to procurementfield@amel.org or via WhatsApp on this number 70-767854.

7 – Timeframe

• Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted on or before Thursday 19/12/2024.

8 – Important

Kindly note that the quotation will be automatically rejected if

• The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 4).
• The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 2).
• The Bidder didn't use the Annex A - Commercial Requirement 
• The quotation is received after the deadline.
