Call for Consultant: Review of Code of Conduct (CoC), Development of Organizational Policies and Strategic Plan

Key responsibilities: 

- Reviewing CoC and current policies 

- Identifying gaps and areas for improvement 

- Drafting revised policies as per assessment and a 5-year strategic plan for the organization 

- Providing actionable recommendations for better monitoring 

Deliverables: 

- updated CoC and organizational policies 

- a 5-year strategy plan 

- a final presentation for team members and relevant stakeholders 

Qualifications: 

- Demonstrated knowledge in organizational policy review and development 

- Strong analytical and writing skills 

- Expertise in local and international standards and frameworks 

- Familiarity with MOSAIC's mandate is a huge plus
