How to apply
All interested and eligible firms should submit the following:
ONE:
All interested bidder in this ITB are requested to send an email with subject Reference INVITATION TO BID NO: C4W-2025-001 SUPPLY OF GROCERY, VEGETABLE AND FRUITS to the following email address: Procurement.Wahafarah@gmail.com indicating the willingness to be a part of this bid, this will enable you to receive any amendments or updates related to this ITB.
Note: Any Financial documents received by the bidder through email we'll be directly disqualified
TWO:
One sealed envelope should be submitted in person and not by email to our Head office in Koura with the inscription: 2025-001-PROVISION OF FRESH AND PREMIUM QUALITY FOOD PRODUCTS Do not open before January 3, 2025 No other inscription should be included on this envelope.
THREE:
The bidder must submit a sample for each item of the same brand. There is no need to send the large size; the small size will suffice. Additionally, the bidder is required to label each item with its reference number, as listed in the financial offer for this tender.
Failure to submit any of the above or comply with the instructions will disqualify the offer.
