  • Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes.
  • Monitoring level of supplies and handle shortages.
  • Resolving center-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
  • Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
  • Ensuring that all activities are implemented and reported in compliance with NABAD policies and work plan.
  • Reporting to NABAD FSL officers in order to ensure smooth and quality implementation.
  • Monitoring activities within the centers.
  • Supporting the Food security and Livelihood staff in carrying out regular activities.
  • Ensuring that all of the attendance sheets and other documents are filled and archived in the correct forms and according to NABAD and donor guidelines, and making sure attendance and tracker sheets are entered in the database on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring the respect of Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy.
  • Assist in the outreach efforts for youth engagement at the centers.
  • Following up with the youths who are absent or dropped out.
