ACTED, is inviting suppliers of equipments, to submit offer for the following lot below:

Description: Framework agreement for the supply of Stoves and heaters.

Unit: Refer to offer form
INCOTERMS & Delivery poin: DDP- Lebanon
Delivery deadline: 5 working days after receiving a call of purchase
The RFQ will be conducted using ACTED standard Offer form document, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers.
The Bidding Documents in English can be downloaded from the Daleel Madani Website under the section “Related documents”.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.
How to apply
All bids must be submitted before 13/12/2024 at 12:00 PM by E-mail to zouhair.shoukair@acted.org, Cc daniele.khazen@acted.org after being physically signed and stamped.
Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
- Bids award criteria will be assessed through a:
n PASS/FAIL method.
The pass/fail method consists in evaluating the technical component of offers from the lowest price
The company should submit catalogues fort the full materials in the BOQ
