Facilitators Duties

1. Session Planning and Preparation

• Collaborate with the organizing team to understand event objectives, agenda, and participant profiles.
• Design and plan interactive sessions that align with event goals.
• Conduct pre-event preparations, including preparing materials, discussion points, and activities.

2. Facilitation of Sessions

• Conduct Social Emotional Learning sessions, LEGO activities, and play-based learning inside the shelters.
• Facilitate engaging and inclusive sessions during each event.
• Moderate discussions, manage time effectively, and ensure all participants have an opportunity to contribute safely and freely.
• Adapt facilitation style and approach based on the dynamics and needs of each event.
• Encourage participant interaction, feedback, and reflection throughout the events.

3. Post-Event Activities

• Deliver a facilitation plan outlining session objectives, activities, and timeline.
• Prepare a summary report or insights gathered from participant discussions.

4. Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, or events related to the situation issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage group dynamics and create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Familiarity with interactive facilitation techniques and tools.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each event.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a must.
