Call for Interest - Insurance Company for Renewal of General Insurance Coverage Policies
The Order of Malta Lebanon (OML) has been present in Lebanon since 1953 and currently manages a network of 60 different operations across the Lebanese territory. OML provides vital assistance and support to individuals in need, regardless of their backgrounds, personal beliefs, or affiliations. The service provision is based on three key pillars:
- The Healthcare Pillar
- The Social Pillar
- The Agrohumanitarian Pillar
OML’s mission is centered around delivering services with excellence, respect for diversity, and humility and supporting vulnerable populations across Lebanon. As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance its agricultural programs and strengthen its overall service provision, the Order of Malta Lebanon is seeking an insurance company to renew its general insurance coverage policies for its facilities and operations across the country.
How to apply
All interested bidders must send an email with the following documents no later than December 11th, 2024 to annie.loulou@ordredemalteliban.org so that we can share with you the Invitation to Bid:
- Legal Documents (Commercial Register, Certificate of Registration, VAT certificate)
- Company Profile showing company portfolio and similar works accomplished in Lebanon during the last 10 years
- Compliance with Local and International Standards: Documentation confirming compliance with Lebanese insurance regulations and any international standards relevant to the industry (e.g., ISO certifications, risk management certifications).
- Financial Stability Proof: Audited financial statements for the past 2-3 years, demonstrating the company’s financial stability and capacity to handle large claims.
The interested bidders who do not submit the above mentioned documents will not be considered.
