ACTED, is inviting suppliers of works, to submit offer for the following lot below:
Lot 1: One (1) year Framework Agreement for shelter Rehabilitation
Quantity: Refer to offer form

INCOTERMS & Delivery point: DDP- Beirut and mount lebanon (Beirut, Chouf, Aley, Baadbda)
Delivery deadline: 5 working days after receiving a call of purchase for sample 1 and 12 working days for sample 2
Lot 2: One (1) year Framework Agreement for shelter Rehabilitation
Quantity: Refer to offer form
Unit: Refer to offer form
INCOTERMS & Delivery point: DDP- Bekaa Areas (West Bekaa, Zahle, Baalbeck, Hermel)
Delivery deadline: 5 working days after receiving a call of purchase for sample 1 and 12 working days for sample 2
Lot 3: One (1) year Framework Agreement for shelter Rehabilitation
Quantity: Refer to offer form
Unit: Refer to offer form
INCOTERMS & Delivery point: DDP- south lebanon (Saida, Tyre, and Jezzine areas)
Delivery deadline: 5 working days after receiving a call of purchase for sample 1 and 12 working days for sample 2
Lot 4: One (1) year Framework Agreement for shelter Rehabilitation
Quantity: Refer to offer form
Unit: Refer to offer form
INCOTERMS & Delivery point: DDP- Nabatieh (Nabatiyeh, Hasbaya, Marjayoun, and benet jbeil areas)
Delivery deadline: 5 working days after receiving a call of purchase for sample 1 and 12 working days for sample 2
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers.
The Bidding Documents in English may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:
- ACTED representative office in 2nd lower ground floor, Atomium Twin Tower buidling (near Warde / opposite BOB), Achrafieh Street, Ashrafieh, Beirut.
Or can be downloaded from the Daleel Madani Website under the section “Related documents”.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.
How to apply
All bids must be submitted before 10/12/2024 at 05:00 PM at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope to ACTED Representative Office in 2nd lower ground floor, Atomium Twin Tower buidling (near Warde / opposite BOB), Achrafieh Street, Ashrafieh, Beirut or by E-mail to Lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org after being physically signed and stamped.
Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place in 10th of December 2024 ( time to be determined) Lebanon local time (date may be subject to change) in the ACTED representative office in 2nd lower ground floor, Atomium Twin Tower building (near Warde / opposite BOB), Achrafieh Street, Ashrafieh, Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
