Working with local communities, ARK seeks to understand and mitigate the adverse effects of conflict and instability, enhance social cohesion and resilience, and promote human security, development, and economic opportunity. ARK is registered in the United Arab Emirates, with branch offices in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the Americas. 

Requirement

ARK Group DMCC invites expressions of interest from experienced construction firms based in Lebanon for an upcoming building project in Araman. This is not a formal request for tender but rather an invitation for firms to register with ARK as potential contractors for this and future projects.

Firms must preferably have security clearance from the Government of Lebanon to operate in government and military establishments. Firms without existing clearance will be required to undergo the necessary security checks prior to being considered for a contract.

The initial phase of the project will involve ground and soil testing, which must be completed before the main construction works commence. To be considered for pre-selection, firms must demonstrate relevant experience and complete ARK’s registration form.

Interested firms are also required to provide a detailed overview of their company, including information on relevant experience and a summary of building projects undertaken over the last three years. This summary should specify the client, contract value, and details of the construction work completed. While audited accounts will not be required at this stage, they will form part of the requirements during the formal tender process.

ARK reserves the right to close this invitation at any time based on the level of interest and quality of responses received.
