Call for an Individual trainer for Online Capacity Building Training Sessions for MSMEs in Beqaa, Mount Lebanon and South / LLWB-KAS

About the Program:
Scope of training:
LLWB will conduct through the program various trainings on the tools required to develop the skills of at least 30 women-led MSMEs in 3 regions of Lebanon.
In this regard, 30 women-led MSMEs will participate in a nine -hour training program “The day after crises, Elevate your Business Skills”. The program will be conducted on Business development during times of crises and the “day after”.
The aim of the capacity building program is to equip women with the necessary skills to enhance their economic presence, ensure the sustainability of their businesses, and encourage growth.
The training program in Arabic will include interactive exercises, presentations, case studies, and activities to keep participants engaged.
Specific tasks include:
Recruited individual trainer will conduct 3 training sessions in Arabic, focusing on business management practices, including finance literacy, business plan, and growth strategies, in time of crises and the “day after”. The training sessions will be held during the month of December 2024. The content material, case studies and exercises need to be approved prior to the training by LLWB.
Timeline: The assignment is expected to take place during the month December 2024 (online trainings)
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in adult learning skills, and business management training.
- Strong background in leadership development and gender equality, equity and diversity initiatives.
- Excellent public speaking, communication, diplomatic abilities.
Deliverables:
- Providing detailed training content in English and Arabic, including, PowerPoint presentations, pre-posttest for each session (of at least 5 questions for each session) and learning deliverables in brief for each session. (power point presentations would be used to strengthen the ability of women-led businesses in various regions in Lebanon )
- Conducting 3 online training sessions in English and/ or Arabic, based on participants language. (Most of the participants do speak Arabic)
- Providing a training agenda and learning objectives and distribute the handouts in both Arabic and English to all the 10 women-led MSMEs participants.
- Developing and providing to LLWB the pre and posttests for each session, filled by participants and analyzed by the trainer in final report about consultancy accomplishment to LLWB.
- Preparing a presentation, facilitation, with clear sets of agenda items to discuss.
- Submitting an article of one page in English and one article in Arabic on the activity with quotes and recommendations. (of maximum 250-300 words each).
- submitting a detailed final report in English, including comprehensive insights and outcomes, with pictures from the training days.

- An updated CV with at least 2 references and CV needs to showcase expertise of applicant in selected TRAININGs on Business development in time of crises and in time of reconstruction (in PDF).
- A cover letter outlining relevant experience and qualifications as per appearing in the section above. Examples of previous work published in this regard are required. In PDF.
- A financial proposal including the daily rate per session in USD dollars for developing the above-mentioned deliverables, (mainly 3 online training sessions, ) in PDF. Title of Document should be Financial Proposal for 3 training sessions on Business management.
- Copy of passports or IDs and Lebanese financial registration documents. Note: Failing to provide these documents will lead to an automatic deduction of the withholding tax (8.5%) as per the Lebanese Law.
- Deadline for applications is December 7 2024, Noon time (Lebanon time).
