Background
Oxfam is a global movement of people, working together to end the injustice of poverty. Oxfam has been working in Lebanon since 1993. We provide humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people affected by conflict, and we promote economic justice and good governance, and women’s rights. Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men.
Purpose and objectives
Oxfam seeks a qualified supplier to provide 60 pool testers for testing free residuals chlorine and PH, – 15 pack of (Tablets, Rapid test, DPD1 Free available chlorine, 250pce) and 2 Barrels 45 kg each Chlorine powder, Calcium hypochlorite (HTH), 70% + 8 turbidity Tube+ one Pack of water sampling container
Scope of work
- Delivery will be made directly to Oxfam’s Office based in Beirut
- Oxfam will check the expiry dates and condition of the kit items and reserves the right to request the replacement of items with short expiry dates (less than 12 months).
- The supplier should have the capacity to prepare the kits/items within 5 days from the date of signing the purchase order (PO).
- The supplier will adhere to the provisions based on the requested specifications.
- Oxfam has the right to increase or decrease quantities at the same unit cost. Oxfam has the right to select and purchase items needed.

- Copy of the ID of the representative/owner of the company.
- Ministry of Finance registration certificate and VAT if applicable.
- Company profile and experience in similar projects
- At least two references for similar workSupplier to provide list of staff and team,
Supplier to provide list of equipment.
Date of completion:
5 to 7 days after contract signing.

Timeframe and Payment
100% payment after finishing the requested works and submitting the financial documents.
