Therefore, TFL recruits and trains Lebanon’s most promising fresh graduates, known as "TFL Fellows," and places them in schools serving economically disadvantaged refugees and Lebanese children. These fellows receive ongoing training and support to address educational challenges through transformational teaching, guiding their students toward academic success. Throughout their journey, they evolve into leaders and advocates for a brighter future in Lebanon.

About Education in Emergency Fellowship
The EiE (Education in Emergencies) Fellowship Project by Teach For Lebanon is a rapid-response initiative addressing Lebanon’s urgent educational needs amid widespread school closures and displacement, with a goal of reaching vulnerable children wherever they are. Through the Responsive Fellowship Model, young talents are quickly onboarded and trained in trauma-sensitive teaching, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and remote education, enabling them to support over 2,300 students in schools, 1,150 displaced children in shelters, and up to 15,000 children via a hotline. This project, aligned with Teach For Lebanon’s high standards, provides immediate educational aid while potentially transitioning top-performing participants into long-term Fellowship roles, ensuring educational continuity for Lebanon’s children during crisis.

He/she will also lead activities designed to ensure a safe space for kids to express their emotions and provide emotional support as required.
