arche noVa is a German humanitarian organization founded in 1992, that provides emergency aid, rehabilitation, and development projects to help people in crisis. Their goal is to empower communities.
Since 2016, arche noVa has been working in Lebanon to improve the lives of Syrian refugees and Lebanese residents, especially in North Lebanon, Akkar, and the Bekaa Valley.

Currently, with funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), arche noVa, in partnership with Johanniter, is working on a project titled “ Strengthening the resilience of vulnerable women, young adults and men in Lebanon through livelihood improvement and increase of food security” to help vulnerable women, young adults, and men in Lebanon. The project aims to improve their livelihoods by supporting farmers, fishers, entrepreneurs, and job seekers.
 This includes providing specific support to women's groups, both formal and informal, to enhance their skills in food processing, production, and business management.

In Lebanon, arche noVa is registered from registered under No. 5693, Date: 01/10/2019, having its office in Tripoli, Corniche El Mina, in front of Dado Land and above Fadi Mabsout sweet, 2nd floor.

1. Introduction:

We invite suppliers to submit a quotation for the procurement of one (1) SUV with the specifications outlined below. The purpose of this RFQ is to acquire a high-quality, low-mileage SUV that meets our operational needs and ensures driver and passenger safety. Suppliers may submit quotations for multiple models that meet the specifications or for a single model of their choice.

2. Specifications Required:

● Vehicle Type: SUV

● Fuel Type: Petrol (Benzine)

● Seating Capacity: 5 Seats, with adequate cargo space (similar to a pickup)

● Transmission: Automatic

● Mileage Requirement: Between 0 KM and 5,000 KM

3. Essential Features:

● Air Conditioning System

● Central Door Lock

● 4x Electrical windows

● Rear Sensor and Camera (is a plus)

●Navigation system(is a plus)

● Safety Kit: Tool kit and jack, first aid kit, fire extinguisher

● Safety System: Anti-lock Braking System (ABS)

● Audio System: AM/FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity, and USB charging ports

● Spare Tire
