Envelope Inscription: Ensure the envelope is labeled with the following: RFQ#: C4W001/25 - Procurement Specialist
Deadline: Submit before November 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.

- This RFQ completed signed and stamped Mandatory.
- Financial offer form fully and accurately filled in, signed and stamped. Mandatory
- Procurement Specialist CV’s Mandatory
