Call for tenders - Supply of fuel & car wash services

Michel Daher Social Foundation - MDSF is committed to enhancing the quality of life and
resilience of communities in Bekaa by providing healthcare, empowering through
educational opportunities, and promoting sustainable social, economic, and environmental
practices.
As part of our ongoing operations, we are seeking quotations for the supply of fuel and car
wash services. Below are the specifications and requirements for the services we wish to
procure.

1. Fuel and Supply Requirements

• Fuel Type: Regular Gasoline and Diesel.
• Quantity: As per daily usage requirements.
• Invoicing: To be issued at the end of each month.
• Voucher/Receipt: A receipt/Voucher is to be provided upon each delivery.

2. Car Wash Services

• Car Type: Sedans, SUVs, and Vans.
• Car Wash Type: Full wash services, Interior & Exterior.
• Quantity: Once per week for vehicle.
• Invoicing: To be issued at the end of each month.
• Voucher/Receipt: A receipt/Voucher is to be provided upon each service.

3. Terms and Conditions

• Contract Duration: This contract will be valid for a period of one year (12 months).
• Lead Time: Service will begin upon signing the contract.
• Service Hours: Services are required 24/7 as needed.

4. Submission Guidelines

• Please provide a detailed quotation that includes the breakdown of costs for fuel (per liter) and car wash services (per wash).
• Specify your payment methods and payment terms, along with any additional cost (e.g. transportation fees or taxes)
• Complete and return the attached Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
