Call for Tender-Procurement of Van Rental for Emergency Response-SOS Children's Villages in Lebanon
In response to the current conflict, SOS Children’s Villages Lebanon has launched an Emergency Response project to safeguard the well-being of children, families, and communities affected by the crisis. As part of this initiative, SOS Lebanon invites suppliers to submit tenders for the procurement of a 14-seat van to support transportation needs during the emergency.
1.2 Qualifications and Requirements
We are seeking to rent a van for a period of six months that meets the following specifications:
• Seating capacity: 14 passengers
• Engine type: Diesel or gasoline
• Safety features: Airbags, ABS, and seatbelts for all passengers
• Air conditioning
• Expected delivery date: within 10 days of contract signing
Bidders are requested to submit two forms of bids:
1. Van rental with a driver: Include the driver’s qualifications and relevant experience, specifying years of experience, driving certification, and familiarity with emergency response logistics.
2. Van rental without a driver.
