Branding and Digital Marketing Expert - QOOT Agrifood Cluster

1. Background

QOOT Cluster is actively seeking the expertise of a qualified individual or social media firm to provide specialized digital marketing, online catalog development, and branding services to selected Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs total of 5) within the agrifood sector. The objective is to enhance the online presence, customer engagement, and lead generation capabilities of each SME through targeted strategies and resources.

2. Objectives

The consultant(s) or firm will provide tailored support to each company to:

  • Strengthen digital marketing capabilities.
  • Develop an online catalog for improved product display and user experience.
  • Enhance brand positioning and online presence.

3. Scope of Services

The selected consultant(s) or agency will deliver the following services to each SME as per their individual requirements:

  • Company 1 (D)
    • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
    • Execute campaigns on social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Company 2 (F)
    • Design and implement an online catalog, optimizing product organization, descriptions, and visuals.
    • Ensure the catalog is user-friendly and compatible with web and mobile platforms.
  • Company 3 (H)
    • Provide digital marketing support to increase brand visibility.
    • Implement targeted social media and digital advertising campaigns to reach new audiences.
  • Company 4 (P)
    • Create a lead generation-focused social media campaign strategy.
    • Execute campaigns on relevant social media platforms, optimizing for lead capture and conversion.
  • Company 5 (A)
    • Develop a cohesive branding strategy that reflects the company’s mission and values.
    • Enhance the company’s online presence through brand identity, content development, and improved visibility.

4. Key Deliverables

The consultant(s) will provide the following deliverables per company:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution: Strategic plans and campaign management on specified platforms.
  • Online Catalogue Development: A user-friendly catalog with quality images, descriptions, and seamless navigation.
  • Branding and Online Presence Enhancement: Comprehensive branding guide and digital assets (logos, banners, templates).
  • Analysis Report/Performance Report for each company supported on all Social Media Platforms.

5. Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media campaigns, online catalog development, and branding.
  • Knowledge of the agrifood sector or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant past work.

6. Reporting and Communication

Regular progress updates will be provided to the project coordinator. Key meetings will be scheduled as needed.
