Dear Bidder,
Save the Children International (SCI) is the world’s leading independent organization for children, operating in 120 countries. Our mission is to save children's lives, fight for their rights, and help them fulfill their potential. In line with this mission, SCI Lebanon is initiating a formal quotation procedure to establish a Framework Agreement (FWA) for transportation services including hiring labors.
We kindly invite you to participate in this tender process for PR/B/2024/022 - Transportation Services including hiring labors. Please review the submission guidelines below and provide the necessary information and documents as outlined in the attached Bidder Response Document.
Submission Guidelines
You may submit your bid through one of the following methods:
- Paper Submission:
• Submit one hard copy of the bid on your company’s official letterhead.
• Use the following subject: PR/B/2024/022 - Transportation Services
• Deliver your bid to: Save the Children International, Lebanon
Beirut-Baabda-Hazmieh, Pichet Street, Save the Children Building
• Bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope, addressed to Save the Children International, Lebanon, with the invitation to tender reference number PR/B/2024/022 clearly marked on the envelope.
• Inside the envelope, please include separate, clearly labeled documents for:
- Bidder Response Document
- Registration Documents
- Technical Proposal
- Financial Proposal
2. Online Submission:

• The email subject should be PR/B/2024/022 - Transportation Services.
• All documents must be scanned, signed, and submitted in PDF format.
Deadline:
The deadline for bid submission is 02:00 PM on 23/10/2024. Please ensure all bids are submitted by this time.
