NRC Invitation to Bid: ROAD REHABILITATION (ASPHALTING) PROJECT IN ARSAL & QBELIAS - BEKAA AREA ITB Ref: 24-BEK-010
TENDER PURPOSE
NRC funded by the (KFW) German Development Bank is willing to assist in the improvement of roads through meeting the safety, protection and operation standards in Lebanon.
As part of NRC’s WASH Program currently being implemented in Beqaa region in Lebanon an agreement was established between Arsal Municipality, QabElias Municipality and NRC to contract a supplier to conduct Road Rehabilitation (Asphalting) project in Arsal and QabElias in Bekaa area.
The asphalt work will be either minor road rehabilitation with holes asphalting, or major road asphalting based on the site assessment, budget and priorities. The asphalt quantities will be measured and paid based on site measurement as built after the asphalting.

Any request for clarification on ITB documents shall be submitted via NRC e-tendering website using the link available also in downloaded file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf before the deadline (October 06,2024-16:00). NRC will reply to all registered bidders by October 07,2024-16:00.
MANNER OF SUBMISSION
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded in a separate designated field, otherwise you offer will be disqualified.
Please reduce the file name length before uploading files, to avoid technical problems.
Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded.
After successful bid submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eTB system.

Deadline for bids submission of bids is October 09, 2024, at 11:00
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
