Medical Insurance Tender
Nabad for Development Lebanon is seeking services of a medical insurance firm/company to cover its team of local staff of about 100 people (subject to change).
How to apply
1.Requested Documents: If you are interested in submitting a bid, please check our TOR form (attached) and send your financial proposal.
2. TENDER PROCESS: All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers by email to: "[email protected]".
3.CLOSING DATE: Deadline for bids submission is 26th of September 2024 at 14:00 Beirut Time.
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
To express interest medical insurance companies/firms, are requested to submit the following documents:
1) Financial Proposal including:
Table of Benefits describing the benefits/services offered, per class B
List of networks contracted with the Insurance company (Drs, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, physiotherapists, etc..)
List of exclusion (services)
*P.S: Payment terms. All prices must be in United States Dollars and inclusive of Value Added Tax.
