Social Worker

- Respond to hotline calls, providing information and support on addiction issues.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the beneficiary.

- While conducting motivational interviewing, provide an explanation of addiction issues and treatment programs to the beneficiary.

- Evaluate beneficiaries conditions and coordinate with the team to make care decisions.

- Visit beneficiaries in hospitals during detox to assess and support their progress.

 - Advise families and direct them to appropriate support services.

 - Document daily activities and beneficiaries interactions.

 - Prepare and manage beneficiaries files and coordinate necessary documentation.

 - Conduct educational outreach to raise awareness about addiction and support services.
